Decades after everything in the Bible, a village in Judea is celebrating the change in seasons. As they swap stories around one campfire in particular, someone turns to a woman sitting close to the fire and pleads, “Come on, Mary. Tell us a story about Jesus that we don’t know.”

Two versions of Mary’s Stories are available. The novel itself is the original creation. If you’ve never experienced the stories then the novel is the place to start. The novel has the full experience; you won’t miss anything if all you ever read is the novel.
Also available, however, is a readers theatre edition with all nine stories formatted as readers theatre scripts. The scripts include recommended castings and all stories can be done with only 3-4 performers. Although all of the scripts can be performed with just stools, scripts, and stands, there are also tech suggestions if you want to raise the bar on your performance. Also, your performance may require licensing fees, although limited performance rights are included with the purchase of enough scripts for your performance.
